How does Mitsubishi Fixed Speed Compressor reduce friction loss and improve work efficiency?

Mitsubishi Fixed Speed Compressor uses brushless DC motor drive technology. This innovative design completely eliminates the excitation loss of the rotor coil in the traditional AC motor, significantly improving the efficiency and stability of the motor operation. At the same time, the motor rotor cleverly uses rare earth NdFeB permanent magnet materials, which can release greater output torque per unit volume, and its magnetic strength is several times that of ordinary magnets. This enables the compressor to maintain high efficiency under low load conditions, greatly reducing energy loss and laying a solid foundation for improving overall efficiency.

Mitsubishi engineers are ingenious in the design of the shaft and use a friction contact area reduction structure, such as the shape of an annular step groove. This design cleverly reduces the contact area between the shaft and the upper and lower bearings, thereby effectively reducing friction loss and wear, and further improving compression performance and reliability. In addition, the application of high-performance bearings is also a highlight. By selecting bearing materials with low friction coefficients and combining advanced design concepts, the friction resistance of the bearings during operation is further reduced, which ensures the efficient operation of the compressor.

Mitsubishi fixed-speed compressors have made a lot of improvements in the design of impellers and diffusers. By optimizing the structural layout, the internal leakage loss and wheel resistance loss of the impeller are reduced, thereby reducing power loss and improving compression efficiency. At the same time, the optimization of the sealing and lubrication systems also contributed greatly. Strengthening the sealing performance of bearings, cylinders and pistons effectively prevents refrigerant leakage; while the optimization of the lubrication system reduces the viscous resistance of the lubricating oil and reduces friction power consumption, making the compressor smoother and more efficient during operation.

Although the product is positioned as a fixed-speed compressor, Mitsubishi uses advanced control technology to enable it to operate at optimal efficiency under stable working conditions, avoiding unnecessary energy loss. In addition, the high degree of matching between the compressor and the VRFChiller commercial multi-split air-conditioning system is also a major advantage. This precise matching ensures that the compressor can maintain efficient operation under various working conditions, further improving the overall energy efficiency.

Mitsubishi always adheres to high-precision standards in the manufacturing and assembly process of the compressor, and further reduces friction loss by reducing the contact area and surface roughness between components. At the same time, regular maintenance and cleaning are also important links in maintaining efficient operation of the compressor. By keeping the inside of the compressor clean, the accumulation of dust and impurities is reduced, unnecessary friction and wear are effectively prevented, and the long-term stable operation of the compressor is ensured.
